The latest episode of The Kardashians sees Kourtney Kardashian fly out to Milan, Italy to see and try on her custom Dolce & Gabanna wedding dress for the very first time!
Kourtney Kardashian got married to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in May 2022 in a beautiful and lavish ceremony on the Italian Riviera coastline in Portofino.
The couple exchanged vows at Dolce & Gabbana’s L’Ulivetta villa before heading off to their star-studded reception at Castello Brown – an Italian medieval castle.
Up until now, all we’ve seen are the officially released wedding photographs, but in this week’s much-anticipated episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, we get to see the moment that Kourtney Kardashian sees and tries on her custom Dolce & Gabanna wedding dress for the very first time!

In the video, Kourtney Kardashian is seen trying on the wedding dress and veil while in Dolce & Gabanna’s decadent Milan offices. In attendance were designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, as well as best friends Stephanie Shepherd and Simon Huck.
In the clip, Kourtney candidly Facetimes her mother Kris Jenner to share this exciting and emotional moment, and revealed that she “never thought there would be a reason” to ever try on a wedding dress.

Inspired by Italian lingerie, the one-of-a-kind Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda mini dress featured a form-fitting silk corseted bodice with lace detailing. The look was accessorised with white tulle opera gloves and white lace pumps. It could be argued, however, that the real star of the show was the veil.
The dramatic, hand-embroidered veil featured beautiful floral appliques that are said to be inspired by the Portofino gardens, as well as a large image of the Virgin Mary. The words ‘family’, ‘loyalty’ and ‘respect’ are also featured in the veil’s embroidery. The image and words were lovingly inspired by Travis’ tattoos.

For the Portofino reception, Kourtney stepped out in a striking black wedding dress, featuring the same corset style and a coloured image of the Virgin Mary – paired with elegant long black gloves and a black veil with a blue lace trim.
