We are delighted to be teaming up with luxury bridal designer and atelier Kate Beaumont to give one lucky winner the chance to get their hands on a handmade Silk Teddy, perfect for a honeymoon!

Designer Kate Beaumont creates understatedly beautiful wedding gowns and separates, perfect for modern brides. Kate works exclusively with luxury materials: sumptuous silks and the finest French and English laces, creating stunning dresses that feel as good to wear as they look.

The Prize: Luxury Handmade Silk Teddy by Kate Beaumont

Super luxurious and oh so pretty, this teddy is made from our heavyweight silk-satin in a delectable champagne tone, cut on the bias to flow gently over the body. From shoestring silk straps, the top curves around the body to expose the back, blousing to the waist where it is drawn in gently with elastic.

A vintage-inspired silhouette, the fluttery finish of silk hem over the thighs is divine. Silk ties close up the back at the waist.
This capsule collection of honeymoon lingerie utilises our studio off-cuts – the silk pieces left over from cutting out our wedding dress designs – meaning sustainability is at the core of these pieces.

About Kate Beamont

Kate creates a variety of bridal styles: her signature slinky, bias-cut silk gowns with a nod to the elegance of the 1930s; romantic, bohemian dresses, combining delicate laces with subtly shimmering silks; chic, modern styles utilising matte and opaque silks, paired with contemporary lace designs.
Sustainability is at the heart of the business – everything is made in Kate’s Sheffield studio – over-production is never an issue as every dress is made-to-order. Fabric off-cuts are repurposed into beautiful accessories, like Kate’s new capsule collection of luxurious lingerie – made with honeymoons in mind but also a dream to wear on the wedding morning or night.
Many of Kate’s pieces can work beyond the wedding day too – lace tops look striking worn with jeans and heels, slip dresses can be worn under a knit or a blazer, skirt hems can be cropped for easier re-use. Kate can produce silk dresses in colourful hues outside the traditionally pale bridal palette on request.
